Privacy Policy

Last updated: January 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how SovereignNode Intelligence Group ("SovereignNode", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and discloses personal information when you visit or interact with our website at sovereignnode.site (the "Platform"). We are committed to transparency, lawful processing, and the protection of your privacy in accordance with applicable data-protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the United Kingdom GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and other applicable jurisdictional privacy frameworks.

1. Information We Collect

We collect limited information to operate and improve the Platform. This includes (a) technical data automatically collected when you use the Platform — IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and time spent on each page; (b) information you voluntarily provide through our contact form, including your name, email address, and message content; and (c) information collected through cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy. The interactive simulator and comparison tools on the Platform operate entirely client-side: any data you input into these tools is processed in your browser and is never transmitted to our servers.

2. Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR / UK GDPR)

Where applicable European or United Kingdom law governs your personal data, we rely on the following legal bases for processing: (a) your consent for non-essential cookies, including advertising cookies; (b) our legitimate interest in operating, securing, and improving the Platform; (c) compliance with legal obligations to which we are subject; and (d) the performance of services you request, such as responding to a contact-form inquiry. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to operate, maintain, and improve the Platform; to respond to inquiries submitted through the contact form; to analyze aggregate usage patterns; to detect and prevent security threats or fraudulent activity; to display advertising through Google AdSense in accordance with your consent preferences; and to comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their independent marketing purposes outside of the AdSense advertising relationship described below.

4. Google AdSense and Third-Party Advertising

SovereignNode uses Google AdSense, a third-party advertising service provided by Google LLC ("Google"), to display advertisements on the Platform. The following disclosures apply specifically to AdSense and are required by Google's publisher policies:

  • Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website and other sites on the internet.
  • Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
  • You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
  • Alternatively, you may opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info.
  • Google's advertising requirements can be summarized in the Google Advertising Principles, which are designed to provide a positive experience for users.

For visitors located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we will request your consent before allowing personalized advertising cookies to be placed on your device. If you decline, only non-personalized advertisements will be served.

5. Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics service that does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information. Vercel Analytics produces aggregated, anonymized statistics about Platform usage. No individual user is identified or tracked across sessions.

6. Data Retention

Technical log data is retained for a maximum of 90 days and is then permanently deleted. Contact-form submissions are retained for the duration necessary to respond to and resolve your inquiry, after which they are deleted unless a longer retention period is required by law. Aggregated analytics data does not contain personally identifiable information and may be retained indefinitely.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption for all data in transit, encrypted storage for data at rest, and access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel. The Platform is hosted on Vercel's infrastructure, which maintains SOC 2 Type II compliance and implements comprehensive security controls. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your personal data; request restriction of processing; object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interest; receive a portable copy of your data; and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. California residents have additional rights under CCPA/CPRA, including the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@sovereignnode.site. We will respond to all legitimate requests within 30 days.

9. International Data Transfers

SovereignNode operates globally and may transfer data to servers located outside your country of residence, including to the United States. Where such transfers occur from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent UK and Swiss frameworks.

10. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not directed to children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe we may have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately and we will take prompt steps to delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
